Solid’Africa is catalyzing the transformation of Rwanda’s healthcare by incorporating nutritional care for low-income patients in public hospitals. Serving over 1,400 patients daily in 5 public hospitals using a farm-to-fork approach. Their 13-year success has sparked a Private Public Partnership with the government to extend the initiative to 47 hospitals nationally. Their program also includes nutrition education and economic empowerment for vulnerable farming households. Solid’Africa's vision is ensuring accessible, quality nutrition for all Rwandans.
