Arrabon is a spiritual formation ministry that equips the American Church to actively and creatively pursue racial healing in their communities by offering a discipleship process that results in a new action. It provides pastors and church leaders the resources they need to transform their churches into reconciling communities: moving from impasse to agency in the midst of racial brokenness. As a result of its work, Arrabon sees a significant number of American churches demonstrate progress in seeing, owning, and actively addressing racial brokenness in their communities. These churches will be equipped with hope, creativity, and know-how to engage in hard conversations instead of avoiding them, embrace political and social issues as pastoral concerns, exhibit new practices, programs, and partnerships in their city, and encourage one another with renewed hope and courage.
