Anseye Pou Ayiti works with Haitian communities to create a network of civic leaders and build an equitable education system based on shared history, values, and vision. It is a movement of allies who believe that equal educational opportunity will transform Haiti. Launched in 2014, Anseye Pou Ayiti is recruiting and equipping the next generation of leaders for education reform. Rooted in an appreciation of Haitian culture, customs, and community, they are raising education outcomes in underserved areas by promoting teacher excellence and student success. They are also accelerating local leaders' impact in Haiti by fostering a network of fellowship alumni – teacher-leaders, parent-leaders, school leaders – who play diverse roles across Haitian society as lifelong advocates of education equity. The Anseye Pou Ayiti movement is equipping 50,000 civic leaders by 2025 to transform the education system as a level toward true liberation.
