Isabelle Kamariza is the founder of Solid'Africa, a Rwandan social enterprise founded in 2010 whose primary goal is to provide free meals to low-income patients in public hospitals as food is not covered by public health insurance. She is pioneering a unique approach to addressing nutrition security in Rwanda, positioning access to adequate and appropriate nutrition as a fundamental human right. She is an Ashoka Fellow, an Aspen New Voices Fellow , and she has been the recipient of the Forbes Woman Africa Social Impact Award.
