Ricardo Pellafone is a former attorney and legal designer. He is best known for his work with Broadcat, transforming classroom-style compliance training into checklists and decision trees that target the business processes where corporate crime actually occurs. Ricardo founded and led Broadcat until its sale in 2021; he is currently on long-term sabbatical. Prior to founding Broadcat, Ricardo led global compliance investigations for a sovereign wealth company in Abu Dhabi and a Fortune 500 tech company in California, as well as spending several years as outside counsel. He lives in Dallas, TX with his wife, Aimee.
