Unshattered is a nonprofit social enterprise that ends the addiction relapse cycle by providing pathways toward economic independence and sustained sobriety for women in recovery. The women of Unshattered handcraft bags and accessories out of high quality, repurposed materials including military uniforms, Broadway sets, scrap from premium manufacturers, and more. These products are tangible representations of the transformation occurring in the lives of the artists: broken pieces made whole. Unshattered's model is employment with an integrated personal, professional, and spiritual development curriculum. Each woman in recovery receives four hours of paid time per week where she receives training and resources such as therapeutic counseling, mentoring and professional development. Unshattered is a community of like-minded women, expressing purpose and value through our work, and pursuing continued growth and maturity through a Biblically based personal development curriculum. Unshattered currently boasts a 0% relapse rate for their employees.
