Take Command Health is introducing a new, more modern model for employers to provide health benefits to employees based on new regulations (QSEHRA and ICHRA). Instead of picking and choosing a plan for the group, our platform allows employers to set aside a tax-free allowance to reimburse employees for their own policies. This takes the burden off of employers and gives employees more choices and control over their health benefit spending. Employees simply take photos on their smartphones of insurance and medical bills and get reimbursed tax-free on their next paycheck.
