Allison brings 20 years of experience as an investor and entrepreneur and is passionate about supporting leaders who strive to positively impact society. Currently, Allison is a Partner at Ridge Group Investments, a private investment company dedicated to promoting and creating Four-Dimensional wealth. In 2012, Allison founded Crescent Ridge Ventures, a venture firm investing in early-stage, capital-efficient startups. She co-founded Ad Astra in 2017 to provide underrepresented founders with funding and strategic business support. Allison began her career at Viscogliosi Brothers, a New York-based venture capital company focused on orthopedic medical device investments. She was an early employee at one of their portfolio companies, Paradigm Spine, where she learned how to build a startup from the ground up. Allison mentors for the Praxis Business Accelerator, is involved with her local church, and takes pride in her roles as mother and wife.
