Joshua Crossman is the CEO and a founding board member of the Pinetops Foundation, a private foundation focused on high-leverage, catalytic impact through faith-based organizations and individuals. He has served on the board of several nonprofits and his local church, and has spoken across the country on philanthropy and the future of the American church. Joshua currently serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Magnify, a venture-backed technology company based in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to Magnify, Joshua was a senior executive at several successful technology enterprises. Joshua spent eight years at McKinsey & Company, where among other roles, he was a leader in their Social Sector practice, working with large philanthropies, governments, and social ventures to solve tough problems in society. Joshua graduated with honors from Duke University with dual degrees in Biology and Political Science, where he was a Bakke Scholar. He lives in Bend, OR, with his wife Anne and four children.
