Federico Fiallos is the COO for Semilla Nueva. He recently joined the organization in January 2022 bringing 20+ years of experience from corporate work to the role. He has found his greatest professional fulfillment and joy to date at Semilla Nueva as a result of a deep connection to the purpose and cause of helping Guatemalan farmers and their families have better lives through biofortified maize. Federico moved from Honduras to Guatemala with his wife and two youngest children and are greatly enjoying the new experience.
