Eric Gilmore is the Founding Director of Immerse Arkansas and is passionate about providing youth a path from crisis to transformation. He and his wife launched Immerse after serving as houseparents to teens in foster care and seeing challenges of “aging out” of the system firsthand. Today, he leads Immerse to pursue healing and breakthrough for each of the 400+ youth reached annually. He serves in local and national efforts to improve the lives of kids and holds a Masters of Social Work. The Gilmores and their four children live in Little Rock, AR, where they “do life” with the young people serve.
