Charlee Tchividjian is the Founder and CEO of Every Mother’s Advocate (ĒMA), a nonprofit she started at 20-years-old out of her college dorm room. With a rich background spanning over a decade in nonprofit leadership and family preservation, her leadership has been instrumental in spearheading initiatives that have empowered over 5,000 mothers and children facing crisis situations. Charlee is deeply convicted by the generational effects of the foster care crisis and is committed to seeing the preventable causes of family separation eradicated in her lifetime. Next to being a wife and mother, she considers it her greatest honor to lead the efforts of Every Mother’s Advocate.
