Meghan Easley loves working with entrepreneurs in the venture development process, from the hunch phase to scaling up an organization with excellence. In her role as Chief of Staff at Praxis, she oversees the work of ventures, community, and content — in addition to organizational design and systems building. She earned her BA in Youth Ministry and Biblical Studies from Azusa Pacific University, and went on to receive master's degrees from both Fuller Theological Seminary in Theology and the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business in Social Entrepreneurship. Her previous roles at Praxis were in events & operations, and most recently she served as the Venture Programs Lead, managing the program design and delivery for the Praxis Business and Nonprofit Accelerators. Prior to her work at Praxis, she was the Project Coordinator for the Fuller Youth Institute, where she helped lead programs and research on engaging young people in local church communities. She currently resides in Brooklyn, where she enjoys reading, running, and traveling.
