Prior, he co-founded and was Chief Technology Officer of HireIQ, a call center hiring and machine learning analytics software company, which was acquired by Verint Systems. Rob and his wife, Megan, live in Auburn, Alabama. They have 5 kids where they similarly strive to serve and honor God.
