Business Accelerator

 

We believe that the type of community that surrounds founders and ventures is the primary factor in shaping their health, vision, impact, culture and success. 

Our unique program is not your typical accelerator: it is global, cross-sector, non-residential, and non-equity based, designed to shape the trajectory of the entrepreneur and their work through relationships - with our team, inspiring peers, generous mentors, our broad network, and values-aligned capital, all within a setting that is focused on the personal and spiritual formation of the founder. Not a set of conferences or networking events, we select 12 ventures into our small program each year. These Praxis Fellows have intimate interaction with mentors through small roundtable discussions and multiple custom matched one-on-ones, as well as large-format opportunities to share their work, all over the course of three gatherings.


2017 Business Accelerator Program Dates

Gathering One
Hudson Valley, NY

Oct 9-13, 2017

Just north of Manhattan during the peak foliage season of beautiful Hudson Valley, fifteen mentors will gather with our Fellows at a private lodge to examine their organizational growth and personal leadership, ultimately entering into a new community of relationships and often a renewed vision for the intersection of their faith and work.

 

Gathering Two
San Francisco, CA

January 23-26, 2018

Held at a private venue at the Presidio National Park in San Francisco, Fellows and a new group of mentors will again convene to share progress and gain insights into the process of building a high-impact organization. In what often feels like a reunion, Fellows reconvene to build on key learnings from the field and take the conversation to the next level of depth.

 

Gathering Three - The Praxis Alternative Imagination Summit
Tarrytown, NY

May 9-11, 2018

The program culminates in a large gathering of our community -- with 250 leading investors, alumni, mentors, philanthropists, and thinkers that gather to hear the latest class of Fellows share their vision for shaping culture through their venture, and have the opportunity to pursue new relationships and funding.  As the program wraps up, Fellows transition into our active alumni community, where we continue to support their work and lives.

PROGRAM FEES

Through our generous donors, we are able to offer an excellent yet low-cost program. Program fees are as follows:

$8,000 (Business Fellowship)

$3,000 (Additional Seat for 2nd Fellow)

Due to program size and admission process, if for any reason a Fellow cannot participate in an event, refunds cannot be given for program fees (even in extenuating circumstances).
